A few minutes back, the Jammu and Kashmir government announced a head-spinning update. It states that 2025 Amarnath Yatra route from July 1st to August 10th would be labeled as “No Flying Zone”. According to the Curlytales, this step will ensure the safety of the annual pilgrimage gathering featuring thousands of devotees. In short, expect to see complete bans of drones and UAVs.
Anything Else?
This spiritual yatra holds a lot of significance for Indian devotees. And hence, it is on the orders of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the Jammu & Kashmir Home Department to make the Amarnath Yatra Route a no-fly zone! Not only drones, UAVs but even balloons are prohibited. The Jammu and Kashmir government has imposed an absolute ban on such things to ensure pilgrimage safety. Recently a month back, there was a terror attack on innocent families that made the government put a ban. Although, medical emergencies are exceptional here.
